Thirteen years ago, I discovered a passion for photographing people. This was a time in my life when you couldn’t find me without a camera in tow. Today, portraits are a huge part of my business. All of my shoots are on-location in your home or outdoors at your favorite park.

Kids

I had a hearty bundle of young cousins when I first got into photography, and they were my constant subjects. Ever since, I have always loved photographing kids. The honesty you can see in their faces is priceless. They show you exactly what they’re thinking and the excitement in their eyes in unbeatable.

During shoots, I encourage kids to run around and play. You’ll often find me crawling around on the ground to keep up. Whatever we end up doing, it’s a relaxed and fun shoot. This means that you’re more likely to have a happy kid – not a grumpy one – at the end of it. There is never pressure to smile or sit in one place too long, which means we’ll get pictures of your kids doing what they do best: being themselves with natural smiles, goofy faces, and all.

Families

Even though I may not be crawling on the floor after parents or adults to get a great shot, this doesn’t mean the same relaxed approach to photographing you doesn’t apply. I like to make sure my clients feel comfortable and relaxed. If they don’t, it shows through in the pictures. I’m not here to mold you into an awkward pose, but rather try to capture more candid and natural photographs of you and your loved ones. If you’re going for a formal posed portrait, you’re in the wrong place. If you want to look like you, natural and relaxed, you’ve found the right photographer.

Headshots & Business Portraits
